Accounts
a)Official year:- The official year of the Association shall be from
1st April to 31st March every year.
b)The assets and liabilities and the balance sheet of the
Association shall be laid before the Annual General body
Meeting for confirmation.
c)Such a balance sheet and the List of Committee Members shall
be filed with the Registrar of Societies as per Sec. 13 of the
K.S.R.Act. 1960.
AUDITOR
An auditor shall be appointed annually and the remuneration shall be
fixed by the members in the Annual General Body meeting.
ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಪತ್ರ
ಎ) ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ವರ್ಷ: ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ವರ್ಷವು ಆಯಾ ವರ್ಷದ ಎಪ್ರೀಲ 1 ರಿಂದ 31ಮಾರ್ಚ ವರೆಗೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.
ಬಿ) ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸ್ವತ್ತುಗಳು, ಮತ್ತು ಜವಾಬ್ದರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಖಾತೆ ಕೀರ್ದಿಯನ್ನು ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಸರ್ವ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಜೂರಾತಿಗೆ ಮಂಡಿಸಬೇಕು.
ಅಂತಹ ಲೆಕ್ಕದ ಯಾದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಯಾದಿಯನ್ನು ಕೆ.ಎಸ್. ಆರ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1960 ಕಲಂ 11(3) ರನ್ವಯ ಸಹಕಾರಿ ಸಂಘಗಳ ರಜಿಸ್ತರಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು.
8. ಲೆಕ್ಕ ತಪಾಸಿಗ (ಆಡಿಟರ)
ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ಲೆಕ್ಕೆ ತಪಾಸಿಗರನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಸÀದರಿಯವರ ಸಂಭಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಸರ್ವ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ನಿಗದಿ ಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು.
