a)The report of the Management of the previous years working and the audited accounts for the     one period and proceedings year shall be discussed and submitted for confirmation.

b)A general body meeting of the association will be held annually during the month of June.

c)An Executive committee consisting of ….. members shall be elected in the general body meeting once in a year.  

    
d)An authorised officer bearer may call for a general body meeting for which 21 days notice shall   be given to the members.

e)The executive committee shall generally meet once a month for which notice of 7 days shall be given to the members by the Gen.Secretary,Voting shall be conducted by show of hands or secret Ballot.

f)21 days clear notice for the Annual General Body meeting and 21 days notice for a special General body meeting shall be given.

g)A special General Body Meeting shall be conveyed as per Sec.11(3) of the    K.S.R.Act 1960.

QUORUM:-

The quorum of the General body meeting shall be 1/3 rd of the total membership of the Association.

ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಸಭೆಗಳು:
1) ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಹಿಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷದ ಕೆಲಸಗಳ ವರದಿ, ಮತ್ತು ಆಯಾವರ್ಷದ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುವದು ಮತ್ತು ದೃಡೀಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವದು. ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸರ್ವ ಸಾಧಾರಣ ಸಭೆಯು  ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ಜೂನ ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸುವದು.
2) ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಸಲ ಸರ್ವಸದಸ್ಯರ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸುವದು ಹಾಗೂ -- ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುವದು.
3) ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯು ಸರ್ವ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ 21 ದಿನಗಳ ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿ ನೋಟಿಸ ನೀಡಬೇಕು.
4) ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯು ಕೈಎತ್ತುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಮತ ಚಲಯಿಸಿ ಅಥವಾ ಗುಪ್ತ ಮತದಾನದ ಮೂಲಕ, ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ಸಲ ಸೇರಬೇಕು, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ 7ದಿನಗಳ ಪೂರ್ವ ಭಾವಿ ನೋಟಿಸು ಎಲ್ಲ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು.
5) ವಾರ್ಷಿದ ಸರ್ವ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಸಭೆಗೆ 21 ದಿನಗಳ ಪೂರ್ವ ಭಾವಿ ನೋಟಿಸು ಎಲ್ಲ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಅದರಂತೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಸರ್ವಸದಸ್ಯರ ಸಭೆ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ 21ದಿನಗಳ ಪೂರ್ವ ನೋಟಿಸ ನೀಡಬೇಕು.
6) ವಿಶೇಷ ಸರ್ವ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಸಭೆಯು ಕೆ.ಎಸ್. ಆರ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1960 ಕಲಂ 11(3) ರನ್ವಯ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು.
6. ಕೋರಮ್:
ಸರ್ವ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಒಟ್ಟು ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಪೈಕಿ 1/3 ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಹಾಜರಾತಿ ಕೋರಮ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.
